We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only accept returns for new, unopened products unless there is a manufacturing defect. 

To start a return, you can contact us at korperfledge@gmail.com. Returns are accepted via mail. Once the return is started, you will be provided instructions on how to complete the return, including being provided a return label.

You may also cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting korperfledge@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will refund or exchange any item that arrives damaged or defective.

Exchanges
If you received an item that you no longer want and it is unopened/unused, we're happy to exchange it for a different item. You can request an exchange by emailing korperfledge@gmail.com. If you don't like a product you ordered after its been opened or used, we're unable to exchange it but happy to offer you a 40% discount on another product. Simply reach out to us at korperfledge@gmail.com. to start an exchange process. 

Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days after the return has been received. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at korperfledge@gmail.com.
