Refund and Exchange Policy
At Körperpflege, we value your trust and want your experience with us to be stress-free. Our return policy gives you 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We accept returns only for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at info@korperpflege.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you step-by-step instructions along with a return label. All returns must be mailed to us using the provided instructions.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order before it ships by sending a cancellation request to info@korperpflege.com, +1 (917) 6872446. Once your order has shipped, the return process will apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged item, a defective product, or the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and offer a refund or exchange as appropriate. Your satisfaction matters, especially when things do not go as planned.
Exchange Requests
If you change your mind about an item that is still unopened and unused, we are happy to arrange an exchange. Just send us an email at info@korperpflege.com with your request. If you have already opened or used the product but found it did not meet your expectations, we are unable to accept it as a return. However, we would like to offer you a 40% discount on your next item as a gesture of goodwill. Let us know, and we will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within five business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
